General terms and conditions of sale
> Selling conditions and lender specification:

> PRICES
The price includes 21% VAT All prices stated in EK shop shall be final consumer prices in EUR (€) and shall contain the statutory VAT (Value Added Tax). For orders from outside the European Union, statutory VAT (Value Added Tax) shall not be applicable.

> PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through PayPal, credit card or paying in advance through Wire Transfer..

•PAY PAL: EK manage the on-line payments through the PayPal secure-payment system EK guarantees the privateness of all personal data thanks to Secure Socket Layer (SSL protocol – 128 bit) able to ensure the authenticity, confidentiality and integrity of the data.

•CREDIT CARD (NO American Express)

• WIRE TRANSFER: in this case it is necessary to make the trading from your own bank institute directly to UNICREDIT BANCA DI ROMA S.p.A. The complete bank data will appear at the end of the order-procedure when you choose which kind of payment you prefer. EK dispatches after its own bank has confirmed the successful conclusion of the transfer or after the buyer has sent the transaction code (or reference number of the W.T.) to info@elektrokommando.org Please don’t forget to indicate the order number in the field “Reason of payment".

> SHIPPING COSTS

Italy:
- 11,15 euro (Cash on delivery)
- 8,10 euro (PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfers)

Rest of Europe:
- 8,10 euro (PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfers)


Prices can be subject to alteration directly from the providing societies

Shipments are made with PT EXPRESS, BARTOLINI carrier or GLS EXECUTIVE within 48/72 working hours. We do not ship outside* Europe (Please ask for shipping-costs to your county* )

> DELIVERY TIME
The usual delivery time is 2-7 days. In case the delivery delays about more than 7 days, we'll inform you by e-mail.
